Finishing Renders are pre-mixed polymer modified cement based renders with workability aids and polypropylene fibres to add strength and bond characteristics not achievable with site mixed renders.

Uses

  • EIFS Systems (Insulclad).
  • Flanked bricks and blocks.
  • Fibre cement cladding.

Properties

  • Density - 1600 kg/m3.
  • Compressive - 9Mpa.
  • Flame spread - non combustible.
  • Frost resistant

Renders come in a range of colours and finishes.

1mm drag and scratch

  • One tight coat finished with a plastic float in a vertical or circular motion.
  • Coverage: approx 8m2 for one coat.
   

2mm drag and scratch

  • One tight coat, use a polystyrene float in a vertical or circular motion to achieve texture then lace off with a plastic float.
  • Coverage: approx 8m2 for one coat.
   

Multirender

  • Can be used as basic render or as a bagged finish.
  • Apply one or two coats up to 6mm thick and finish of with a sponge float. Traditional rendering methods can be used with both products.
  • Coverage: approx 2 to 4m2 per bag depending on the background and the finish.
   

Fine sponge finish

  • Two tight skim coats finished with a plastic float or a damp sponge.
  • Coverage: approx 8.5m2 per bag for two coats.
   

Medium sponge finish

  • Two tight skim coats finished with a plastic float.
  • Coverage: approx 6.5m2 for two coats.
   

Course sponge finish

  • One tight coat finished with a plastic float.
  • Coverage: approx 8m2 for one coat.
